Advanced Education Program on Computational Science in Collaboration with Universities

Graduate School of Engineering in collaboration with 3 other universities*

This program is aimed at fostering researchers and young technicians who have the ability to grasp the present situation quickly and accurately, are skilled in computer simulations that cross over various fields of study, and possess the knowledge to pursue new possibilities based on the latest research results and a deep understanding of their fields of study.

This program offers graduate students of various majors computational knowledge in their fields of study. A "Basic Course in High-Tech Computational Science" is available for students seeking a master's degree, and an "Advanced Course in High-Tech Computational Science" for the doctoral degree students. Moreover, to help students acquire a broader range of knowledge; the four universities will offer distinct courses on their campuses and open them up to all the participating university students. The simultaneous use of this program and the graduate school's original curriculum will produce human resources who possess a broad range of knowledge in computational science.
