Graduate School of Law
Today, lawyers face issues that cross over traditional legal areas. Comprehensive legal education is thus necessary, and the aim of this project is to develop materials and method for such education in the law school. The first step of the project is to survey teaching methods used in other law schools, making clear what educational achievements Kobe University Law School has attained in the past three years. The second step is to share the observation with the entire teaching staff. The third step is to have lawyers, who are not affiliated with this university, teach pilot classes for comprehensive legal education. The final step is to develop materials and teaching method that can be used for comprehensive legal education at most universities' law schools.
