Changes in How to Pay the Tuition Fee (Apr. 2010)

To All students (except auditors/research students/credited auditor)

Procedure to pay your tuition fee will change from Apr. 2010. Students are asked to pay tuition by easy and convenient account transfers (automatic account transfer). We ask for your understanding in complying with this change.

I. What is Account Transfer (Automatic Account Transfer)
  1. No need to go to the bank to transfer money.
  2. No need to open a new account, just use your bank or post office account. (Exclude some credit union).
  3. No extra fee needed.
  4. Transfer can be entered into your bank book.
  5. Date of transfer is the 27th of April and October (Unless it falls on Sat./Sun./Holiday, in which case, the next business day will be used instead).
  6. The name of the account may be in the name of the association or person responsible for the payment of your tuition.
II. How to apply
  1. The university has sent a package including an application form for automatic bank transfer yokinkouzafurikaeiraisyo(PDF), sample of how to fill it out, and a postage paid envelope to all current students who will still be in school next semester. Please read the sample carefully and fill the application form in. The application is a set of three sheets, so press down firmly. Once the form is filled out, keep the third copy and return the top two sheets in the enclosed envelope.
III. Others
