PRINT

In the Department of Systems Science, we study the basic theories and methodologies for analyzing, designing, constructing, and operating systems of increasing size and complexity. Students work with concepts and functions that are common to a variety of systems, in a logical, scientific, and practical manner, without specializing in a specific engineering field, such as mechanics, electronics, or information engineering. Additionally, students integrate software and hardware engineering, pursue connections between the real world and the information world, and acquire interdisciplinary academic experience in a wide variety of theories and technologies related to system infrastructure.
