Notice regarding charges for issuing various certificates for graduates, etc.

Graduates will be charged for certificate requests from October 1st, 2019. In addition, it will also be possible to apply via the website.

Thank you for your understanding.

■ Target people: graduates and those who have dropped out, etc. This includes those who used to be non-regular students (who have a conferred doctoral degree by dissertation only).

■ Issuance fees: 500 yen per copy.

■ System usage fee:300 yen per application. This includes postal charges.

 If you wish to receive your certificate(s) by express mail or EMS (international mail service), you are required to pay additional fees.
