The CAMPUS Asia Plus Program at Kobe University will co-organize the “Risk Management Seminar” on Monday, November 17, 2025, with Center for Resilient Design (CResD), Kobe University.

We invite Professor Osamu Tsukihashi, a Director of CResD, from Graduate School of Engineering. This seminar presents a project to build multi-purpose evacuation shelters in Laos, in collaboration with local stakeholders such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Laos Office and the national university of Laos. It will also discuss future opportunities for support and partnership.
