- Event Overview
Quantum computers, which operate based on the principles of quantum mechanics, have attracted growing attention in recent years, together with increasing interest in their potential applications.
This workshop will welcome Professor Eduardo Reck Miranda of the University of Plymouth, UK, and will feature talks and demonstrations on quantum computing and music, as well as presentations and exhibitions of related research and creative works, together with opportunities for exchange among participants. We hope the workshop will provide an opportunity to explore new forms of musical expression and the future of music culture enabled by quantum computing.
No prior knowledge of quantum computing is required, and everyone is welcome to participate.
