Master's Program

The Graduate School of System Informatics, Kobe University strives to foster the following human resources in the Master's Program: Individuals with a wide range of knowledge in their respective specialized fields, and an interdisciplinary perspective in particular, highly specialized professionals who have great creativity and a multifaceted perspective, which are essential for problem-solving in emerging and composite areas of study. Toward this objective, the Graduate School of System Informatics provides education meeting the highest international standards through well-developed curricula. The Faculty awards degrees in line with the following two policies.

  • Students shall earn the required credits for completion of the program stipulated under the rules of the Graduate School of System Informatics, and pass the review related to the master's thesis.
  • Students of the Graduate School of System Informatics are encouraged to achieve the following learning goals through their respective curricula by the completion of the program.

The Graduate School of System Informatics, Kobe University strives to foster the following human resources in the Doctoral Program, by further developing and deepening the education provided in the Master's Program Period: Researchers, teaching staff of higher education and research institutions, and highly specialized professionals who have abundant creativity and international awareness that can help create new knowledge and values, and have an excellent ability to identify, explore, and resolve problems by themselves.

To achieve this objective, the Graduate School of System Informatics provides education meeting the highest international standards. The Graduate School awards degrees in line with the following policies.
