The 1st KUEB Frontier Seminar was held as an internal event on September 8, 2025.
KUEB (pronounced “cube”) is an abbreviation for the Kobe University Engineering Biology Project, a research initiative conducted under Kobe University’s J-PEAKS program.
The KUEB Frontier Seminar aims to promote the exchange of research findings within Kobe University’s J-PEAKS, foster collaboration among members, and enhance overall research capabilities.
During the seminar, team leaders from eight research teams presented their respective research activities. In addition, a new framework for supporting social implementation, the Global Innovation (GI) Catapult, was introduced. Following the presentations, a networking session was also held to facilitate further exchange of ideas.
