**The Medical Check-ups are divided into the following categories.
Please follow the instructions listed under the category below that applies to you.
For: New students in 2026 (undergraduate (including transfer students) and graduate students)
Examinations：chest X-ray/ internal medicine examination/height/weight /sight/blood pressure/ urinalysis
Regarding the chest X-ray
You will have a chest X-ray as part of the check-up, so please be sure to wear appropriate clothing:
- You are required to wear a plain T-shirt for the X-ray examination.
- You should NOT wear a dress (or other clothing that covers both your upper and lower body) during the X-ray examination. Necklaces and jewelry are also NOT permitted.
- Please do not wear underwear with metal or plastic wires or components during the X-ray examination.
If you have one, you can wear a T-shirt with pad insert during the examination.
Regarding of Measles and Rubella Certificate
Kobe University has implemented the Measles and Rubella Registration Policy, and all newly enrolled Kobe University students must submit certificates.
