The application process including the schedule is different from the one described below.
Please contact the academic office of each graduate school directly for details. 

Students admitted to the Graduate School of Medicine and the Graduate School of Maritime Sciences will also be accepted by the Student Support Division.

Notification of acceptance of the application and missing documents

A notification will be sent to your student number email address within one week of receipt of your application.

Announcement of the result

Application result will be announced on the Academic Affairs Information System "Uribo-Net" after August, 2026.
Please log in to "Uribo-Net" and go to "Bulletin board" and then "Message for you".
Please select "Results of Tuition Fee Exemption for 1st Semester 2026" from the list and check the result.
