Kobe University will accept Japanese and international students who are currently enrolled in U.S. universities or who plan to study abroad in the U.S., as outlined below.

1. Non-Degree Students (Undergraduate and Graduate)
We are currently accepting applications for non-degree students (credited auditors / auditors / research students) for October 2025 enrollment.
Please note that some faculties and graduate schools may not be accepting applications.
Fees:
Exemption from the entrance examination fee, admission fee, and tuition from October 2025 to March 2026.
Application Procedure:

2. Regular Students
(1) Undergraduate Students
For those wishing to enroll as regular undergraduate students must pass the entrance examination. Admission is in April 2026.
Some faculties and departments also offer transfer admission for second- or third-year students.

(2) Graduate Students
For those wishing to enroll as regular graduate students, admission will be available from October 2025 or April 2026, upon successful completion of the entrance examination of the respective graduate school.
