How to Apply

STEP1. Email Address Registration（online）

Click the following and register your email address

• A notification of receipt of your application will be sent to your registered email address within one week of receipt of your application.

Please make sure to check your spam filtering, blocking, and designated domain name setting so that you can receive emails from Student Support Division (the domain if office.kobe-u.ac.jp).

Step2: Submit Application Documents

Please read the "Check Sheet" carefully and be sure to submit all the required documents. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted for any reason.

Notification of acceptance of the application and missing documents

A notification will be sent to your student number email address within one week of receipt of your application.

Announcement of the Result

Application result will be announced on the Academic Affairs Information System "Uribo-Net" after January, 2024.
Please log in to "Uribo-Net" and go to "Bulletin board" and then "Message for you".
Please select "Results of Tuition Fee Exemption for 2nd Semester 2023" from the list and check the result.
