On March 23, I posted an appeal for donations to Kobe University’s Emergency Fund for Ukraine. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to all the faculty, staff, students, graduates and students’ family members who have donated.

The collection period ended on May 13 with a total of ¥1,355,477 in donations. On June 3, we sent this money to the Japanese Red Cross so that it can be used to support humanitarian crisis measures and emergency relief efforts in Ukraine.

Thank you once again for your kind generosity.
